Canadian Citizenship

We assist clients in matters of Canadian citizenship including applying for citizenship, requests for discretionary citizenship grants, revocation of citizenship, renunciation of citizenship, and passport applications and renewals.

Applying for Citizenship

If you are currently a permanent resident wanting to become a Canadian citizen, we can help you apply. Applicants need to generally meet age requirements, legal status requirements, and meet the residency obligations. If you do not qualify, need a waiver, or would like to inquire more about the citizenship test, oath, and ceremony please contact our office.

Revocation of Citizenship

Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) has the authority to take citizenship away in certain circumstances, such as fraud, misrepresentation, or knowingly concealing material circumstances. If the government commences proceedings against you please contact our office to further discuss your options.

Renunciation of Citizenship

We assist clients seeking to renounce their Canadian citizenship. Please note that by doing so results in losing all the rights and privileges of being a Canadian citizen and you will no longer have any status in Canada. If this is a service you require, please contact our office for additional information.

Passport Applications and Renewals

Our office also helps applicants apply for passports for the first time, as well as for renewals. Please contact our office for additional information.
